Week of Feb 8 2021 had salesman out for 3 fence projects, told quote be a couple days. No quote that week, following week was the cold and that was excuse for no quote that week. Called Monday Feb 22 in the morning, was promised a quote that afternoon or at latest Tuesday morning for sure.....guess what wed come and gone and no quote. Called Wed afternoon and of course the person handling this no where to be found. Guess customer service is not in this companies vocabulary.

I don’t recommend River’s fence company,. The wood fence they put up had only two railings instead of required three, causing the center of pickets to buckle. Gate latch was cheap, I had to use both hands to use it. I tried calling their office several times, left messages, no one returned my call.

Very helpful, respectful, and they don't nickel and dime you, the price they quote is the price you pay
