Very pleased with Mr. Rivers Plumbing. He arrived promptly, removed and replaced a 9-foot sewer pipe which was cracked and root-blocked and charged me $345. Roto-rooter had quoted $3000+!!

Highly recommend! Owner is also the one doing the work and answering the phone. I needed a water heater replaced and he was fast and charged a fair price. Easy to work with and was straight to the point. You can't go wrong using this plumber!

Marcus Rivers took my call personally. I needed a quick fix and it was a Friday morning. No one could come out for less than $550 & they weren't available for almost a week. Not only was Mr. Rivers the best price in town, he was here within a matter of hours. He went above and beyond the scope of the job & I'm so grateful that I decided to call around some more. As a single parent on a fixed income, I greatly appreciated the affordable rates, promptness, and incredible customer service. When Mr. Rivers saw the job wasn't going to be able to be completed today (my fault not his), he said he come back at no extra cost to complete my faucet install. Desperately needed my water heater fixed and someone from here came by and rang the doorbell but immediately left. Our Blink door bell camera went off at 11:07 and we immediately rushed home and got back at 11:13. Prior to this he didn’t say a time period or anything. Watched him ring the doorbell and immediately walk away and then drive away. All happened within 10 seconds. I then called and the person lied and said he sat in his truck for a few minutes then left. He raised his voice at me on the phone when I said I saw it all on the camera and was very rude. Don’t understand why people think it’s ok to talk to others that way especially being a business. Incredibly rude

I needed a quote for a buyer client & Mr. Rivers answered the phone and beat me to the house for the quote. He answered all my questions & helped my client make a decision where they felt very comfortable with their home purchase!! He is very knowledgeable & will not lead you wrong.
