Amazing service! My family woke up this morning with absolutely no heat. I called Riverside and they had someone here FAST that morning. The technician did a gr at job making sure I understood everything going on and breaking down the cost before doing the repairs. The price was reasonable so we went ahead with the repair and he had it fixed in less than two hours. One this I really appreciated is when he left to go get parts he made sure to bypass the issue so we at least had heat for the time being. Needless to say I have found the HVAC company I will be calling for all future issues.

Highway robbery! Came day winter storm starts, charged me over $350 for a $5 capacitor. Nothing but thieves. Do not call these people unless you just have too much money.

Called them on a Saturday when my unit quit working. Said they would have someone schedule an appointment to get me up and running. Never called. Tried calling them again, said I hadn't been contacted, and still never received any calls back or service. Had to call another HVAC company to get my unit fixed.
