We selected Riverstone Pools because of their reputation and because they had the capacity to install our pool and hot tub quickly than all the other companies we received bids from. They worked with us on design and were able to use the same stone on the walls that we had on the house. The end product is fantastic. What’s more, they provide service after the sale, and the handoff between sales, construction, and service is seamless.

Amazing family-owned company that builds custom pools. Jason and team helped us design the right pool for our yard and stayed within budget. They own most of the services other pool companies outsource which helps them limit lag time between project phases and control quality. Our dig began in March and we were swimming by July 4th weekend. They stand behind their work and were quick to resolve any issues that arose during the process. I highly recommend Riverstone.

We were impressed with Riverstone from beginning to end. We met with many pool companies in the Nashville area and felt they were the most detailed and thorough from the start. They were patient during our long permit approval process and super helpful in all things related to Metro. The pool process went very smoothly considering all the challenges we encountered - it was truly a work in process. Riverstone was a reliable and trusted partner. They were able to adjust quickly and always upfront about any costs due to those changes. We recently moved to TN from MA, and had just completed a pool project in MA prior to moving. Long post alert!! (Definitely a must read) Riverstone pools is the absolute BEST!!! Here’s why. The communication from start to finish was the absolute best. We started our process with asking around and found a neighbor who had previously used Riverstone pools. We called to schedule an appointment, which we were greeted by Scott at our home. Scott was very easy to work with knowledgeable and very detailed. Fast forward, after discussing several options we settled on a pool we thought would work best for us and our kids. After settling on a pool, we received several updates and communication regarding our timeframe, next steps, and scheduled meetings with the team.
