Riverview Pump Well & Septic

We had to replace our septic system including the drain field. We had seen the Riverview Septic Company Trucks along Hecksher Drive so decided to give them a call. That turned out to be such a blessing as Joe and Rick could not have been more amazing to do business with!!! The most informative, honest and professional company that we have dealt with ever and there have been many! We have been passing the message to all of our neighbors and friends. Thank you guys!! Rick and his son are awesome! They were totally honest and upfront the first visit when they came to fix my pump which needed to be replaced so I asked them to replace my pump. They were fast, friendly, and fair priced. I will absolutely call them again and recommend them to to others!

Rick and his son are amazing! Our well pump motor completely fried and they were in and out to fix it within half an hour! My two stinky boys were very happy to take baths after 2 days without water. Highly, highly recommend!!

Rick, with Riverview has been an absolute blessing. Unfortunately, Rick had the job of repairing a brand new system which had been installed by another, nightmare of a company (BVD—please do not use them!! Read the reviews). Rick came out to look at my new system, was able to diagnose the problem, and make the repairs to get my system running properly. He has not only shown empathy and genuine concern for my family, but has also worked with me, and been incredibly fair on with his pricing. I recommend this company for any of your septic needs. *side note-if you have an issue that needs immediate attention, make sure to share that information and don’t hesitate to follow up and be persistent. He is a busy man, just remember that.

Wow! The owner, Rick, came out to my house not only the same day but within a few hours. He replaced my broken Well pipe in less than 15 minutes! While the water was spraying everywhere. He even took a minute and showed that it had been installed incorrectly in the first place with poor materials which lead to the failure. This Company knows it’s stuff!! I know who to call in the future. Small business is way to go! Thanks Rick and Joey!
