We spoke over the phone, the gentleman said he could service my properties and asked for photos, to which I sent over. I noticed he left it on read, I messaged again in the afternoon and asked for confirmation that he received the photos, I again got a read receipt with no response. I sent a final text the following evening saying “alright then, no problem..” And got left on read for the third time lol doesn’t seem to reliable
