The company has gone downhill. They delivered the wrong toilet. I took them over 2 weeks to pick it up. We were due a refund, but never got it. My husband had to go down there in person to get the refund, which took over half an hour because no one seems to know what's going on.

Less than 1 year ago I purchased a sewage ejection pump. The pump failed but was under a 4 year warranty. The staff was unhelpful with my return. As I walked into the store I was yelled at to leave the pump outside. I understood but was not off to a good start. When I entered they asked for the hp and model#. I did not have this and asked for gloves to go out and check and was ignored. After asking again I got gloves and went outside to get the info.upon returning into the store they were helping another customer and I had to wait. I was only away from the counter for 1-2 minutes. Then I was told he couldn’t help me, as only bill can do returns. Then I had to wait for bill because he was away from the desk. Bill returned and was rude. He asked me what my account was. Absolutely useless. I dropped off a water sample in the fall to find out if I needed a neutralizer or softener — it’s now spring. I called them multiple times and visited the store several times, and every time, they claimed they had the results and would call me back. They never did. Not once. Zero follow-through, zero accountability. If you value your time or need any actual service, avoid this place like the plague.

If you don't have an account with them their prices are no better than Lowes and Home Depot. So if you walk in off the street it is not wholesale by any means. You will do better online. Manager is not to nice either.
