Randy did a very thorough job of our home inspection. Tons of detail in his assessment, pictures, and time spent to ensure he covered the entire property. The report is well written and professional. This was my first time ever getting a home inspection as its also my first time buying a home! Randy came in on short notice and still managed to deliver an amazing explanation at everything that he noticed. He had amazing communication as well as a very fair rate for his service! His inspection report was also amazing to have and provided even more information! All in all if I ever need one or my family does Randy will definitely be my first call!

Randy responded quickly to my request for scheduling and we had a contract and inspection done within the same week. He was very professional, the process took 2.5 hours and his report is very thorough. The inspection report comes with multiple pictures, comments and arrows/marks showing areas of concern and suggestions for resolution. There are also comments regarding suggested maintenance for appliances and areas that pass inspection but may need follow up in the future. At the end he summarizes any issues and suggestions. Randy also followed up and made himself available for questions regarding the inspection report.

Randy was extremely thorough and I really appreciated his opinion on the house. The report was understandable and had definitions of things to help interpret the document on your own. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be using him again soon!
