The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had the entire roof replaced within a regular work shift—which honestly blew me away. The materials used were clearly high quality, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Everything was done with care and professionalism, and they left the property clean and tidy afterward. I had a good experience with RJS Roofing when they replaced and installed a new roof on my home. They worked with my insurance, so the only cost I had to cover was my deductible. Nicholas, my roofing consultant, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain why my roof needed to be replaced and walked me through the insurance process of filing a claim. He also explained the materials that would be used in the new roof. Nicholas was very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. The district manager, Matt, was also great at explaining insurance details and addressing any questions about the roof. The only minor issue I had was with the dumpster removal. What a great company for our new roof. Way better than we expected! The color is amazing and the crew did an awesome job. When done they did a very thorough clean up. Cory and Carson our sales representatives were the best we have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond answering any questions we had and made sure we had the best experience possible! Had a great experience with RJS roofing and especially with the project manager Ayo. They took care of all insurance dealings and had me approved for a new roof minus my deductible. It was started and finished within the day and I have a huge ranch home. My neighbors were shocked it was done within 8 hrs at 2200 square foot. Roof is beautiful and they even did all new gutters for me. I am grateful for RJS !!
