Gus was extremely a pleasure to work with! He took his time, addressed all of my concerns every step of the way, and listened intently to what I envisioned for my bathroom remodel so in the end I got exactly what I wanted. He was professional, always on time, and always worked with me to make sure scheduling was never an issue. He also worked very well with all other contractors on my project. Gus was very patient with me as I have never done any kind of remodel before but was always open to explaining the process for everything. He never did anything halfway, our satisfaction was his goal and it shows! Any problems and he was there to fix it ASAP! I hired Gus to retile my bathroom. He completed the job and from the outside the end result looked good; however, it came to light after the fact that Gus spot bonded my tile job. The tile pieces should have been back buttered in addition to mortar being applied on the majority of the wall, both of which didn’t happen. I brought all of this to Gus’s attention and in response, he said that he stands behind his work and guarantees it. Gus refunded me a portion of the cost back after a lot of back and forth. Given the price point he charged me, I expected more out of the value and quality I received. Outstanding job! 1,600 square feet, 5 large rooms, large format tiles (24” X 48”). We ripped up Mexican Tile and had uneven cracked foundation. Gus took the time to seal all cracks and installed our tiles in a way that leveled our entire floor from room to room. We asked for the smallest grout lines possible, and he delivered. Gus takes tremendous pride in his work and is committed doing things right. It was a pleasure to work with Gus!
