Rob and Travis were fantastic! Our door was binding when it opened and through our initial conversation Rob thought we needed to have some struts added for support. He was able to come out the next day to look at our door. We had a good conversation about our options and decided the best option would be to replace the door. I did not feel pressured to make this decision, but rather felt confident that I was being given straight forward advice. They were able to replace the door the same day and we are very happy with how it turned out.

Robert is so professional! I could not have had a better experience. In fact, he exceeded my expectations. He communicated well - kept me informed of his progress. His estimate was fast and took care of my repairs right away. He sent me pictures while updating me on his work. If you have garage door issues, I wholeheartedly recommend calling Robert!

Fantastic service. Rob was able to come out the day after I called and he gives you a one hour time window and texts when he is on his way. We were expecting to have to replace our garage door but he said he could do ( an inexpensive) repair instead! Very personable and professional.

Saturday afternoon my garage door opener failed on my brand new garage door. I called the first company I googled with decent reviews and the person hung up on me once I provided my location and problem. Next, I called RL Garage Door and Rob gave me a 90 minute time window since he was already on another repair job. I was texted with an ETA and he was very professional and arrived with no issues finding my home. Rob gave me the option of a band-aid type of repair or full replacement. Both of these options were able to be completed same day and I went with a new opener. RL Garage Doors prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received from the big box stores and other companies I checked with.
