i called R&L Plumbers because i had a shower leak in my second bathroom. my first experience wasn’t the best, but after sharing my concerns, they took care of it right away. i spoke with a project manager who listened to what happened and sent out another plumber, brett, to help. brett checked out my shower stems and valve and thought at first i might need a full valve replacement, which can be a big job. instead, brett tried to find the right knobs to fit the stems already installed, so i wouldn’t have to spend more money on a new valve. he found the right parts and explained the costs clearly, plus told me when he’d get the parts and finish the job. brett fixed my leaky shower faucet without a full replacement, saving me time and money. he was honest, fast, and made sure everything worke

brett came out today and did a fantastic job. he knew just what needed to be done and quickly fixed my plumbing problems. brett also shared helpful advice about remodeling and replacing the sink and toilet in my bathroom. he answered all my questions and took extra time to check out some other small issues around the house. i really appreciate his expertise and attention to detail. all the little tips he gave me will help keep my plumbing in good shape. the office staff was also very friendly and supportive. i'll definitely call them again for any future plumbing work!

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. Their rates were better than any other local plumbers we found, especially for septic tank work. Our plumber, Brett, went above and beyond—he worked hard to dig up the septic tank and made sure it was drained completely, checking everything carefully so there wouldn't be any issues later on. A lot of other plumbing companies just pump out the tank quickly and leave, but here they really took their time to do the job right. With someone like Brett on the team, I feel confident trusting them to handle all our plumbing and septic needs, even for my parents when I can't be there myself. We're very happy and definitely recommend them!
