This contactor was referred by another company, Pre Fix. Ruben Moreno came out to look at replacing some damage siding in the rear of my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very down to earth. He is a Spanish speaker, but does understand English very well. He took his time looking at the issue and prepared two estimates, one specifically for the repairs to the damaged section and one for the entire back wall. His price for the entire back wall was absolutely reasonable. It consisted of replacing the entire back wall with hardy wood siding, replacing the window and door trim, replacing one section of damaged soffit, priming and painting. Had an appointment for 9/9:30. Received a call at 8:56 to say wife double booked him for same work. Asked if I could wait 1-1/2 hours or change appointment. I told him that I had this appointment with him since last Wednesday and I could not change it. He then asked if he could be 30-45 minutes late. I said I had other appointments and could not. IF you are in business and make appointments you should honor them. If you were double booked why didn’t you know before the 5 minutes you were supposed to arrive? USAA has a program called PreFix and they recommended this company. I have let them know as well. Very unprofessional and then he hides behind the excuse that his wife made the other appointment. SMH
