I scheduled an inspection a week out, as I only have Mondays and Tuesdays off. The following Tuesday came, I received no communication, so I called for an ETA which was a vague “Well you ARE on the schedule today”, and was promised I’d be seen by the end of the day. I got a call 10 minutes later, telling me they couldn’t make it and I have to reschedule. I was irritated to say the least. So I reschedule for the FOLLOWING week. This company had the audacity to do it again. No communication, no service window, no confirmation, and they didn’t even show up on the day THEY rescheduled me for! Terrible unprofessional front desk. I called to schedule appointment with R&L, its front desk lady is so unprofessional and stupid! First of all, she has a very strong southern accent. When she asked about my personal information to put in their system. I had to repeat my name, phone number and email 4-5 times each, in order for her to write down everything correctly. I had never came across a front desk couldn't get client's information right within within second time! This is such a basic easy job and she couldn't even do it properly! After she finally recorded my info correctly, we agreed on a time for their specialist to come to my house to take a look. Then only 1 hour later, she called me and told me she made a mistake and double booked me with another client, so now she had to resch

I used Marcelino and R&L Roofing for our Hotels and I was so impressed about his sincere quotes and work that I used him for our own house to renew the entire roof. We not only was getting an expert analysis of our roof, he brought shingles samples to us and explained the different qualities of the shingles. As we are HOA controlled he found the right color and the quality we wanted. On top of everything his price came in lower then the other 3 Roofing companies we had an estimate from and we had better quality of Shingles the the offers we had from other companies.
