Rick is super reliable, genuinely trustworthy, and clearly passionate about quality. He explains options in plain language, keeps you informed, and treats customers with respect. When he says he’ll do something, he does it right and on time. I’d gladly call Rick again for any future electrical needs and have already recommended him to others.

Rick is the absolute best. Not only did this man spend time on the phone to help me diagnose a problem, he was kind and patient. Im a type 1 diabetic so I know I can be a lot when im frustrated. I will use RLB Electric for every issue I have from this day forward. When other companies show they are open 24 hours, they told me they dont have any one working so they cant help, I would have had to wait until tomorrow, its 15 degrees outside. So they would have left me in the cold all because they wanted google visibility. These other companies couldn't compare at all to the kindness I was show by Rick. I will never go to anyone else, I would recommend RLB Elecetric to everyone in springfield and surrounding areas. This man is a true gift to our community and I hope everyone who reads this,

I bought a house, and after being screwed and paying way too much for things. I was given Ricks name and number. He came out and gave me a quote on what the other company did. Lo and behold he was so much cheaper, and did a better job than the other company would have done. I say that because the other company comes out throws stuff on and moves to the next customer. Rick comes out shows and tells you the truth of what needs to be done, makes sure everything is working properly, and while doing what I needed done. He did find a couple other problems and fixed them also. He also put up 5 lights I needed done, and sealed some places that needed sealed. He also cleans up his mess. You don’t find anyone to do that. Oh and some of the work the other company wanted to do DID NOT need done. They

I had Rick replace my finicky kitchen ceiling light fixture that did not work properly. Rick was not only proficient and professional, but also personable, AND the job was done in less than 30 minutes. It was truly a pleasure to have RLB Electric Remodel & Repair, and I would not hesitate recommending them. I had to laugh when I told my sister that I finally had the lighting fixture replaced, "...And it's so bright now that I might just need to wear sunglasses when I brew my morning coffee."
