I deeply regret hiring RLB Landscaping. Over the course of several projects totaling close to $200,000, I experienced poor follow-through, disappointing workmanship, and an alarming lack of accountability. Robbie and his team were responsive during projects, but once the final payment was made, all communication stopped. Initially, they had to replace several plants and lighting that failed shortly after installation…none of which were due to any fault of mine. Most recently, I spent over $9,000 on new sod and sprinkler work in the front yard. Within weeks, the sod died. We raised concerns immediately, including photographic proof and a suspicion that the sprinklers were overwatering the area. We had RLB come out to our house and do some minor landscaping. We had bushes that were approaching Lord Of The Ring status in terms of creepy. These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they prune back the bushes we asked them to, but they went around our entire house evening things out. My house looks so much better that I nearly drove by coming home. I was VERY impressed by their work and will definitely call them again.
