I asked Rick to assess our property as we're having water infiltration in our partially in-ground living area. We originally had an appointment for 3pm on a weekday. He emailed around 2pm asking to change to 4-4:30 meeting time (we had already taken time off work, but these things happen and I confirmed the new time). He emailed again at 4:22 saying he was "omw", and finally arrived at 5:30pm. His information seemed fine during the actual appointment. I'm not a foundations or waterproofing expert, but what he said seemed reasonable. Before he left, he said he was going to go around the house, take measurements, and dig a little at the edge of the house to see the condition of the foundation below grade. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not hire Richard “Ricky” Price for any work. He operates under various business names, including RLP Restoration and RLP Masonry, among others. We paid him for a job that he repeatedly delayed for several months. When we finally requested a refund, he claimed he couldn’t return the materials—yet provided no proof of purchase. I have obtained a court judgment against him, and the next step will be placing a lien on his property.

Rick is always a pleasure to deal with. We found some damage on our chimney and called Rick. He came out and fixed us up right away. We have him coming back to do some work on our porch as well. Rick is always prompt, courteous and gets the job done efficiently.

RLP Restoration was amazing! I'm selling my house and had repairs needed for closing Including some foundation work and extensive deck repair. Ricky came out and got everything fixed well before the deadline AND within my budget. All the work he did looks perfect. I would absolutely use him again and will be passing his name around to anyone that needs work!

Rick was great to work with. He was professional and his crew did amazing work. Our job was more complicated than we originally thought, but he was the most communicative contractor we’ve ever worked with. The project was done with a more than reasonable price, and I would gladly use RLP again.
