I went with Google and Yelp reviews when we needed a bathroom remodel, and I can easily recommend RLS Construction. Very swift to communicate (I called on a Saturday, duh), and very professional. Josh Lunsford came out to do the measurements and figure out what we had in mind. Our townhome was built in 1984, and the bathroom was overdue. We wanted a walk-in tile shower, and to replace the commode with a taller model to conserve water. Josh came in with the bid, and at 8 a.m. next Monday morning, Steve and Sean were there to begin the demolition. They are fine craftsmen, and very pleasant to deal with, although we did our best to stay out of their way. I used RLS construction to have my dad’s old house renovated. They did a kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, fixed existing water damage as well as a few other things. They were very easy to work with and I felt as though they were honest throughout the process as well. If we have additional work done in the future I will be using them. I referred Bob, to a client in Ca, who needed brick removed, a TV niche filled in, and a feature wall installed. Was wonderful to know I could trust him with my client and work with him from a distance in North Carolina. He did a great job and my client was extremely happy with the results!
