Tom was an excellent technician. He came prepared for a home with a no-shoe policy. He immediately went to work. He was very knowledgeable about what he saw, what was needed. He went above and beyond to remedy my furnace issue. He also gave much needed suggestions. Thom is someone that gives your company’s name a good stamp of approval. Keep up the good work!

My daughter flushed a Little People toy down the toilet. Despite our efforts, we could not get it out. We have had good luck in the past but this toy was stuck in the most distal curve at the bottom of the toilet. We called RM Crossan, and Josue arrived about an hour after. Josue was friendly and polite. We explained the situation and he got to work. To summarize- Josue had to remove the toilet, flip it over and create a hook like tool out of metal wire to reach and remove the toy. Josue was very patient, we highly recommend him. We have always had a great experience with RM Crossan. Highly Recommend!
