Classic. Randomly decided to follow up on this company all these years later and I’m glad I did because I knew my review would somehow be gone! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) WEBSITE FOR REAL REVIEWS. See below for my review from 2023 that’s been removed: On October 6th we received partial service on our landscape lighting. By the time the day was over, the technicians were not able to fully complete the agreed upon service. We IMMEDIATELY rescheduled onsite for October 16th to come and finish and I paid in full the amount that was due, BELIEVING in good faith and trust that they would come back to finish the job (guess that was my mistake).That evening once it became dark, I also realized I was not satisfied with the service of the overall landscape li

I hired this company about 2.5 months ago for a job totaling nearly $5,000. After the work was completed, we discovered that the main switch for the lights was incorrectly tied into other lighting circuits. This required a simple follow-up visit to install a separate switch. I contacted Rachel repeatedly, week after week, to have this corrected. Each time there was a different excuse — being sick, on vacation, or stating that the crew had been in an accident. I even offered to pay for the additional switch just to have the issue resolved. Despite these assurances, no one ever returned to fix the problem. The lack of follow-through and accountability has been extremely disappointing. DO NOT HIRE!!!!

Please never hire this company, they require a deposit of $100 to make a appointment for an estimate and wont show up, will keep postponing and then they will ignore you. UPDATE: Pictures were added to review to confirm that there was an exchange of $100. There’s no need to lie on my part. And if there was no exchange why was the money returned?

This company does not stand behind their products and service. They damaged one of my light switches and have refused to reimburse me for the damage and have not repaired their mistake despite many attempts to communicate with them. I e been trying to get in touch with them to repair the outside lights or the app and NOTHING. Several messages, emails, and still NOTHING. I paid for an outlet and I am still waiting. They are very nice, but follow through and customer service sucks
