As first-time homeowners, we weren’t very familiar with the mini split units that came with our house. We decided to go with R.M. Mullinix because their flat rate for diagnostics covered all 3 of the units in our home. Our technician Shelby provided exceptional service, taking the time to explain how everything works, offering honest advice, and helping us find a great price. It was a genuinely positive experience. Had a new ac/heat installed 2 weeks ago. They messed up my home alarm system and put 4 holes in my kitchen ceiling. I have spoken to them 4 times now by phone and they say someone will call me back. As of today they have not called me. They sure did want their money the day of install but not taking care of what they tore up. Just makes me worried when something happens to the unit. Pour customer service!

Drain pan for AC was filling up with water. Tech diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor that tells the AC to shut off when this happens. Said he couldn't unplug the drain because he didn't bring the equipment to do this. My bill was $907. The next day we had to call another AC company because the pan was filling up again. This tech found the problem right away. The connection from the evaporator coil to the splash guard was rusty & water was pouring out. The sensor was not the issue! The Mullinex tech did not use critical thinking he just went with the easiest repair. I called Mullinex once a day for 5 days to speak with the General Manager about this issue. He dodged my calls finally talking to me once. He never called me not one time. He told me the tech " addressed why you called him
