Peña Windows! Can’t say enough about this Company. We purchased windows for our downstairs 12 years ago. Eleven of the sashes had enclosed blinds. One sash stopped working and I called and spoke to Felicia regarding replacing the one Sash. Long story short, they didn’t manufacture this particular window any more. She worked with her manufacturer and came up with a similar window. They offered to replace all 11 sashes so that they would match at no charge because they are lifetime warranted. Felicia and the installer were kind, supportive and offered outstanding customer service. This is the only company that I would buy windows, doors, siding, etc. from because they have integrity and stand behind their products.

We recently had RM Pena install a new storm door on our mud room entry. Their work was exceptional and we love the new door. We’ve had Pena replace all the windows in our house. We are more than satisfied with the quality of the products and service and would highly recommend them for any window or door replace project.

Professional, respectful, they do what they say they are going to do. They show up on time and there workers are TOP SHELF. Some may find them pricey, but what price is too high for quality workmanship?

Our first experience with R.M. Pena was a number of years ago when Robert Pena headed the company. We had nine windows installed and we've been pleased with them from the first day. The installation crew were first rate; skilled, knowledgeable and cordial. Grids are inside the double panes and they tilt in making them a joy to wash. Mr. Pena was on site periodically to ensure the install went well. Our most recent experience with Pena was at our daughter's home where her windows were original to the house and badly needed replacing. Wow! We went with Pena based on reviews alone. We had a leaky window and needed it to be done quickly. They came right out to do the estimate and ordered the window. While we waited for the window, the leak seemed to get much worse. I sent them a video of the window leaking and asked if they could get us in any earlier. After seeing the video, they said they would come as soon as the window arrived. The window arrived early today and they were at our house at 8:30 AM. It did not take them long to diagnose the real issue…a leak under the facia by the roof. They suggested we call our insurance.
