I called RMT this morning regarding the repair of our right side refrigerator light switch. The gentleman I spoke to listened to my description and said he could help, but that he wouldn't be able to place an order until Monday for the part. I asked him what he would charge to do the work and he said normally the diagnostic would be $85, but since he had done that over the phone, he would waive it. I asked whether there would be any way to get help sooner and he said, "If you want to help yourself, this is what you need to do." He told me where to search for the part online and the steps to take to replace it. I followed his instructions and was able to order the part for overnight delivery. He assured me that if we could not handle it on our own, that he would take care of the repai

RMT was very responsive and came out the same day. They diagnosed the problem on my fridge and once the parts were in they came out the next day. This level of customer service is rare.
