My heating systems went down in a Sunday night, I had a recommendation to call Randy at RNC, he answered the phone at 730 that Monday morning. He said he could get there by 1pm and he said he would get the furnace running. He showed up at 1pm had it figured out and running in 15 minutes. The funace needed a fairly expensive part that he ordered, the part took an extra day to arrive because Monday had been a national holiday. The part showed up, he installed it, made sure the furnace worked, and that was done. I thought $400 was a good price for what it could have been. Randy was punctual, honest, very knowledgeable and beyond servicing HVAC units, does lite plumbing as well. If you want an honest, fair person, to work on your heat/a.c. unit, I highly recommend Randy .
