The techs came out, talked with me about the issues that I was having and then went straight to work. They snaked the cleanout through the house and cleared the clog in about 30 minutes. They answered my questions about other services that I may have them do. I give 2 thumbs up on the service that I received from Roach Plumbing. Techs were knowledgeable and got straight on it. You are my new plumbing company.

Highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Within about an hour the plumber was here. The person who answered the phone was very nice and told me what I needed to know up front. The guy was quick and the cost was reasonable for a Friday afternoon after hours.

Have used Roach Plumbing quite few times. The techs are always very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair. Customer service is not only great with their techs, but with their phone staff as well. I will recommend Roach to anyone who needs plumbing services in the future.

I called them for a clogged/slow sink, during the COVID19 pandemic. The nice receptionist said they'd be here in 30 minutes. They were here in 20! The guys, Craig and Jordan, came in, assessed the situation, and got right to work. I was most impressed with the care that they took as to not get the mess all over the place, and laid down a tarp. Quickly, like St. Nicholas, they opened their tools and went to work. After they thought that they had remedied the problem, they made sure to verify that it was all taken care of. Both of the men were extremely friendly, and very professional. I have found my plumber for life. Thank y'all for helping me out. PS. The total invoice was very reasonable and not high at all.
