We’ve used Road Runner HVAC many times for our business, and they’ve always been reliable, professional, and responsive. Their customer service is excellent, and they stand behind their work. If we ever have issues with our HVAC at home, they’re our first call. Highly recommend!

About 20 months ago we had Roadrunner replace a motor to fix our AC unit. They were great, fixing it quickly and cheaply. However, less than two years later, our AC unit completely broke. Roadrunner was the second lowest bid, but the lowest bidding company (and others who bid higher) found the motor Roadrunner had replaced previously was broken, and even speculated that it could (but also could not) be the cause of our AC unit completely breaking and requiring replacement. Road Runner installed the HVAC system for our home (we came in at the drywall phase with a custom builder, so it was already installed). We didn't realize until recently that the fan-only function never worked. We called Road Runner since they were the name on the furnace, and I spoke to someone who said their technician would call to help us troubleshoot. No one ever called us back, so we did the standard troubleshooting ourselves that confirmed something was probably wrong with the wiring or control board. I called again to have a technician come out to help us fix the issue, and again no call back.
