My water heater stopped working on Saturday. After some troubleshooting, I needed to call out a professional. I had reached out to another company's emergency service line and left my information. After an hour and no response, I found Robaire and based on the reviews, I called and left a message on their emergency line. Within 10 minutes, I received a call back from one of their techs, Ryan. He gathered some information on the issue and then let me know he would be out within 20-25 minutes. He arrived within that timeframe, was very professional and pleasant.
