We just had this plumbing company repair our broke hot water line.The workers went under the slab and repaired the old cast iron pipe. They were very professional even though they got here at 9am and finished at 9pm 🤣hey they did alright😊

WORST WORKERS EVER! We started with one leak and after they finished, ended up with 3 leaks, a clogged sewer line, and a broken tankless water heater! They turned our bathroom remodel into a nightmare and cost us over $3,000 more to hire professional plumbers to fix everything they messed up! We also had to buy a new tankless water heater because they removed the protective filter screen to our old one (with which we NEVER had problems) and lied to us about it! They used a sledgehammer to break up our old cast iron exhaust pipe, instead of using a saw as I had requested, causing holes in the wall's sheetrock and cast iron fragments to fall into the toilet sewer line. I've used Robbie Rob's Plumbing in the past for several different projects. Never had a problem until February 7, 2022. They were paid twice for the same work. They will not answer my calls or texts. I'm filing a Better Business Complaint. I'm filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing. I'm filing a claim in Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Happened to be on the freeway behind whomever was driving the Robbie Rob's Plumbing van. Driver was all over the road, not maintaining their lane, swerving in and out of traffic, going around people the brake checking them, and driving in two lanes. They were being completely reckless, no turn signals and they almost hit us multiple times until we were able to get out of the moderately heavy traffic we were in. This was on a Friday evening in Dallas driving on EB highway 30 through the Canyon to about the East Grand Ave exit. I was terrified that this person was going to hit my vehicle and injure my kid. Absolutely no excuse for driving like this. License plate: TX KCP 1067

The owner was rude and workers were incompetent. We had to rip out already installed tile because they took wrong measurements.Didn't follow instructions and as a result had to do things multiple times. Won't hire them for anything again.
