I couldn't be happier with my service from Robbins. Jacob was a true professional and got in and got the job done to make our old garage door working like new again! I would completely recommend them...especially for the repair of an old door! 5 Stars!

My phone call was returned promptly and a service tech was dispatched the same day I called. The service tech was incredibly competent, who made a quick assessment of our broken garage door. He took dimensions, drove to his shop, fabricated the correct size spring, and returned within 2 hours. These guys know their trade very well and are extremely friendly and helpful. They made our Vacation nightmare disappear.

I purchased three new doors to replace my existing garage doors and they were delivered and installed as promised. Steve's crew was very professional. Jacob is always professional and prompt. They were able to come out to our place the next morning and even scheduled the tech to come early enough so I could get to work on time! Seemingly, often customer service is sorely lacking in service industries. That is not the case with Robbins Garage Door Company. We had a problem with one of our garage doors not opening completely. I called the morning it occurred and they responded within two hours. They then returned to the shop to make new springs for the door and had everything fixed within four hours of the initial call. That is remarkable, and I would like to express my gratitude. Tyler, the technician who responded was pleasant, professional, efficient and thorough. Kudos and thank you. Obviously, I highly recommend them.
