We went in on a Saturday to get a price on a pool installation this July and was told that they would call early the following week to schedule a time. Two weeks later and no call from them. I called them; was told he would contact the person who does the pools and would call me back. Still no call. I stupidly called a third time a week later; finally was able to schedule a time the pool installer (the owner, I believe?) would meet us to look at the yard where the pool would be installed. He was very nice spoke with us about the details for an appropriate amount of time but....it is almost November and i still haven't received a price. Ridiculous. We went with another pool company and the pool has already been installed (to be finished in the spring).

Best pool shop in the biz. Ed and the crew is fantastic. Cant recommend highly enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got off the phone with Ed and I am blown away by the customer service, suggestions and advise I just received. ED has the patience of a saint. He took a significant amount of time explaining all our options for a pool liner replacement while trying to minimize the amount of money we spent and at the same time was overwhelming kind, caring, and courteous. Wow! We don't even know if he is going to work with us at this point but he deserves 20 stars.

Started using these guys when Clearwater closed in Litchfield. They helped me convert back over to chlorine and installed new liner for me last year. Very professional and knowledgeable !!!! They have bailed me out a few times and know exactly what they are doing. They test pool samples at any time too !!

Very professional in their customer service! Decided to use them for all of my swimming pool requirements 2 years ago, always happy with their service, would highly recommend for whatever you need for your pool requirements.
