I contacted Robert B. Our with a concern my septic was not working. I was told my last pumping was 5 years ago so I was due to have the system pumped. I was advised to have a tech come to my home and assess and it would be pumped if needed. After determining a pump was needed a second tech arrived later that day the system was pumped. I was charged an assessment fee in addition to the pumping. Because I was due for a routine pumping that should have just been scheduled thus avoiding the assessment fee. Buyer beware - ask what the cost will be before booking. Because of the lack of transparency in charges I do not recommend this company.

I’ve lived in Dennis for 15 years. The way this company put back the roads after working on them is digusting. Pour effort a blind person could do better. This company is a joke and has ruined the roads in this beach town

We highly recommend Robert B Our Co. We were in need of applying for and installing a new and larger septic system for our property. Chris and the team were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. The communication throughout the process was timely and informative and they did a fantastic job with the removal of the old system as well as the installation of the new system.

The team from Robert Our did an extraordinary job on installing a complex new septic system. Old system failed inspection prior to home sale; new design required pumping system given distance from the tank to the leaching field that was part of a creative design by Robert Our and his engineering partner. The Project Manager, Chris, was a great resource, always responsive, always will to answer questions and share information. He rolled with every timing curveball I threw his way. The crew should up every day, on time and did high quality work. I hope I never have to replace a septic system on the Cape again, but if I do, I will only work with Robert Our.

Just need to comment on the awesome experience we had our first time picking up some mulch today. It was only a couple yards, but we were treated like it was 50. The ladies in the office were so helpful, cheerful and friendly. Looking forward to using Robert B. Our for any future materials or services at our home in Harwich. It started our day off on an excellent note !!! Thanks again!!! Kevin T.
