I’ve used Robert Bair Plumbing for about eight years, and as time has gone on their service has only gotten worse. After my last experience, I’m done. My 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. appointment was confirmed multiple times, and I informed the office staff three different times with two separate people that I had critical commitments that day. Despite that, I never received a single update when they ran late. At 1:30 I was told it would be another 40 minutes to an hour, and it was every bit of that. When they missed that time too, the office brushed me off with, “We don’t know where he is,” and I had to beg them just to call and track him down. Called Robert Bair plumbing because their tag was on my pipes going to my water heater. I'm the new owner of the house. Talked to Becca(?) on the phone explaining what the problem was (needed a new gas control valve). She brought up the old account from the previous owner. I stupidly assumed that since they had the old account info that they had the info needed on my water heater, because she never asked what the brand or model number was. I had 2 technicians come out. Both were very nice and professional. I explained what was happening and they told me what I already knew, that I need a new control valve. They said they didn't have the part and it needed to be ordered or to replace the whole water heater. They charged me 49$ for coming out without even touching the unit. They ran no tests

Our 34 yo guest tub spigot started leaking on Christmas Eve morning. We had a full house. We called and our technician came within 90 minutes. The problem was solved quickly at a very reasonable price.

Jon was very polite and may have done his best to free up my frozen / blocked kitchen drainage lines. No fault of his the line remains frozen and clogged. I' looking for alternate solutions because the freezing temperatures aren't going away anytime soon.

Dave J came out when we had no heat. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very trustworthy! I signed a 3-year maintenance contract.
