I highly recommend Bob and his crew and I could not be happier with the service I received. His pricing is incredibly reasonable. Bob arranged for an estimate, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions compatible to my goals (he knows his trees!!!) and gave me an approximate timeframe when to expect him back to do the job. True to his word he was there as scheduled. He and his crew showed up on time, were all very friendly and respectful of the yard and property. I was truly in awe watching how quickly and efficiently they worked. Everyone went above and beyond and their clean up was impeccable. His equipment is top notch. I had my entire backyard cleared and stumps grinded up in less than a day and a half. You will not be disappointed!
For this Tree Service the customer apparently is not always right. The person that estimates the work shows up the first time without confirmation that somebody is home. Then almost a week later, (after an other phone call) texts late the day before if he can be there the next day at 10:30. Then, when finally an appointment is made several days later arrives early, which is OK, but does not call, but knocks on a front door that is gated (closed) and does NOT knock on an other front door. Then texts, but does not have the patience to wait a couple of minutes for the customer to respond. Leaves the premises and tells customers to find somebody else, because he has been at the customer 3 times. This used to be a great tree services, but the way this communication works is likely not going
Quick to reply. Calls day before to let you know they are coming. All the guys are very friendly to talk to and knowledgeable about what they do. The same day they cut my trees my neighbor had them do some trimming and loved the work. Two thumbs up
Such a great experience with this team coming out to our new home to remove trees and brush! Highly recommend
He was great!!!! Got me right in his schedule. His crew did a great job. Price was fantastic. Highly recommended!!!!
