Last night our heater stopped blowing hot air on the coldest December Friday. We called around Saturday morning and most places said Monday. We called here and Bill was out here diagnosing and servicing our heater by 1pm. He had the part at his warehouse and was back by 130 and had it fixed by 2pm. We have heat now! Thank you so much for your immediate attention. Bill gets back to you immediately and fits you in as soon as possible. He’s on time, honest, and very reasonable with his service prices. I would not recommend this company to anyone! In September of 2024 our ac went out. We called DeAngelo’s to diagnose the problem. They stated that our unit needed to be replaced. They suggested that we chose a new Carrier heat pump for $8,000. After installing our new unit, they stated that our thermostat was not compatible with the new unit and needed to be replaced for an additional $800. Once it got cold in early November, our brand-new “efficient” heat pump sounded like a fighter jet on the side of our house every night and into the early mornings. I asked DeAngelo’s to come look at the unit they installed. Bill and his son were completely dumbfounded. Bill stated that he would be back in a week with a Carrier Tech. No one ever returned. I've had to use this company twice over the year, most recently today when my AC went out suddenly. Both times they've come out very quickly, gave me an honest diagnosis and fixed my problem. Its hard to find honest, quality companies in this field but these guys are one of them. I can't recommend them enough.

Others mileage may vary with this company, but we had a guy come out a month ago, added refrigerant and a new filter, and said we had a leak but no rush to fix it, seemed like nothing major. He Said they can’t fix on emergency calls. Well we scheduled the leak to be fixed, same guy comes back out, 6+ hours late with no apology or explanation, and says the leak that was there isn’t leaking afterall like he had thought it was, and that we are out of refrigerant again. Then without actually looking, he says the leak is “probably” our coil and need a new $6500 unit installed, that’s convenient. Didn’t explain much else, didn’t actually do anything to identify or fix the leak, didn’t go into any detail and was overall very nonchalant about it. Called out for service call last week because our AC wasn’t working. The tech said it was too hot in house he would be back with a second person to assist in diagnosing. They never returned and when we called they wouldn’t return the call. Went to office and they said they basically were too busy and when we asked for a refund for the estimate we never received they refused. They kept us waiting 5 days through a heat wave in the summer with no intention of finishing the estimate.
