My 80 year old Aunt lives near Ellenville, and I help with her house and affairs. In the thick of bad, frigid weather yesterday, the owner, his son and another employee were of incredibly prompt, attentive service for a home boiler issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on a day where I'm sure they had many emergency calls. It was very reassuring during a stressful time, thank you kindly.

Terrible!!! My elderly mother and grandmother are home with a boiler down and no hot water. My father passed away 3 years ago and handled most of the house maintenance. I tried to explain this to the owner of the company and asked if we can work to put together an oil delivery and service agreement and he very rudely told me he will not service them or make any special trip for her because she hasn’t ordered oil in years. We own a 30 truck commercial HVAC company on Long Island and I could never imagine calling someone in my situation and speaking to them like that.

I've been dealing with this company for 3 years now and not one complaint. Anytime I call for an order, it's same day. I know unless it's an emergency you might not get it right away, but I've always got it same day. Very polite woman who answers the phone and the delivery men are also very polite while delivering
