Robert Ivey's Flooring Direct

Came recommend and used them for a shower remodel. The consultation and initial design as well as the price was reasonable. The finished product and the process was not as expected. Communication was poor. When concerns were brought up there seemed to be multiple excuses and no real solution presented. The shower is functional and was an improvement but the finished product is not as expected and the experience disappointing. Would not use them for future projects.

After checking out a lot of flooring companies I believe this is one of the most qualified in the Shreveport area. They have been in business for decades! I cannot imagine having a floor installed by anyone other than Ivey's Flooring Direct.

Love this place. They gave an awesome selection of flooring, countertops, tiles, etc. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!
