Cody came right out when I called and explained my options. He had me up and going quickly and at a better price than a bigger chain quoted. He will be my first call every time for HVAC issues.

Definitely a 5 Star review! ☺️ My heat went out in the middle of this past winter. I wanted to keep my business local and started calling around. I reached Cody and instantly was impressed. Everyone else was either not available or didnt return my call. The ones I did speak with were outrageous in price! He was so nice and truly wanted to help me even tho it was ice cold out. After accessing the problem, he immediately started working on it. Cody was always available to speak to me or return my call asap. He fixed my problem for me and was super Nice as well. He also just followed up with me about servicing my units for summer. Thanks Cody...you're the best!!☺️

We had been without heat for 3 weeks or more, due to our usual HVAC guy being busy. Called Robert Jones Heating and Air, and they were on it! Wait time was short, same day. Cody called and let us know he was on his way. He was very quick to find the issues. Checked everything out, very thorough, showed us what to do if the heat goes back out. Got our system up and running while fixing things that were done wrong previously by another company. This heat has never been so warm! It was a weekend and night call, they didn’t charge a ton or try to sell us extra things like other companies. Plus we had heat by this cold snap! Cody was very kind, made sure everything was still in working order the next day. Definitely recommend them!!! Thank you Cody for everything!
