Thank you, Robert & Robert! I hired Robert & Robert Flooring to remodel my house. Their offer was among one of the most competitive (price and time wise). There was so much to do be done: removing popcorn ceiling, demolishing tiles and laminate floors, adding new texture to the ceilings, painting walls, baseboards, casing and doors, changing patio sliding glass door, new baseboard and door casings, new granite countertops, adding new vanity to one of the bathrooms and remodeling entirely the master bathroom. Everything is already done, and I am very happy with the outcome. Since I still have some decorative work in the house, (not ready to take photos of everything that was done) I will start with the review for the master bath. Robert is a great salesman, but not as good with floor installation. While shopping around for floor replacement, Robert had one of the most competitive prices, to go along with him telling me there is 1 year warranty on the floor itself and lifetime on the work. I’ve been reaching out to him for the past 7-8 months because I have some floor panels that are sinking, and he reads the messages and fails to respond. It is unacceptable for a company to lie about their workmanship warranty and not respond to customer inquiries for such a long period of time. Furthermore, the lack of response from the company for 7 months is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. Robert was excellent at giving us an estimate it was fast and easy. He had men come & install the flooring & they did an amazing job. They where polite efficient, clean & very hard workers. We couldn't be happier with the job. I would highly recommend them. Rick & Karen

First, the staff did a wonderful job us choose just the right products for the two floors we intended to cover. Second, their price was vary competitive. Third, their installation work was beyond compare, particularly the tile work. We are very pleased with our experience working with Robert and Robert! We will be back!!!
