Roberto's Cabinet Shop

I never taught of doing a Google review. I used Roberto's cabinets more then 5 years ago. This business is owned by a son and dad. Son has real bad ethics. Never came back to fix the color of cabinets. I had to reach out to bbb for help after trying to give them another opportunity to fix cabinets they never came back. Dad tried to make excuses. Dad also failed to do right thing. Cabinets had smudges of bad gloss, finger prints, and half of cabinets where painted with wrong color. Before you contract take time to look up reviews and look into bbb.

They ask for a deposit and take forever to do the job. Every time I called he told me he would go that day but would never show up, other times they would just not answer the phone. After nearly a month on what he said was a “ten day job” he took off the sink to my kitchen but said he couldn’t install it anymore, one of the cabinets they made for me was not done correctly and now I can’t connect my microwave. After the install one of the molding to a cabinet fell off and he has not returned to fix it since. Quality is mediocre at best and they have the customer service/work ethic to accompany their work quality. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy, everyone should stay away from them. Really bad experience!!!

The quality of the custom made cabinets is good, however I unable to give a better rating since they do not keep appointments and do not finish the job. While installing the cabinets, I was asked to pay the remaining balance due which was 50% and I did so as agreed. Shortly after, I was told that they did not bring enough wood trim to put on the corners, above and under the cabinets, so they will need to come back the following day to add it. After not hearing from them the next day, I attempted to call the owner Roberto’s cell phone and shop several times, leaving voicemail's that were not returned. Eventually I decided to try calling him with a different phone number and miraculously he answered. He told me he would be there the following day at noon (which was over three weeks aft

Terrible work ethic. They’re quick to ask for a deposit and then they don’t show up to do the job. It took many weeks and after a call with “Roberto” in which he defended his son for not showing up. I finally got some poor quality cabinets in my home. Do not recommend

I've been trying to get the owner to come and measure my kitchen and every time I call him he gives me run arounds and tells me he can't go
