I had done some research so knew a little about the vinyl flooring I was interested in. So glad I went with Roberts Flooring in the Woodlands rather than a big box store. Kevin spent time discussing the quality of different products. When I found what I was looking for, he allowed me to take home his big sample for several days. The buying process was great. The installers were a well organized team. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and did a great job of clean up afterwards. Kevin followed up after a week of installation to check on the job and my satisfaction. I am thrilled with my new floors. Roberts Carpet in the Woodlands has once again proven that THIS is the place to buy flooring for your home. They installed master bedroom carpet years ago; so when the Texas freeze damaged my home, I naturally called upon them to install flooring for all rooms upstairs. Kevin was the ultimate sales person; he knew the products and the process and was quite responsive when I had even the slightest question. Most importantly, both sets of installers were outstanding: professional, friendly, skillful. The "proof is in the pudding" once the job is done! Thanks again to the entire staff.
