@$1680 a year x God knows how many vehicles who pay for the monthly pass, plus how many people pay to park for the day you would think it would be better maintained. Gates are always broken, plate readers randomly don't work, Thanksgiving it tried charging me $9999. Then get rid of cash option... If only there were better options for those of us who live and work downtown, but sadly there isn't...

Listen, this is a great place to park when you're going to a downtown event. Parking is free on evenings and weekends.

Horribly maintained by surly employees. If you enjoy paying more than you should for parking, here's your place. $140 a month to park in downtown FARGO (a $40 monthly increase from last year, with no upgrades or anything done) Also half the time the card readers don't work so you have to call an attendant, where the speaker's volume is at like -5 so you can't hear them speaking to you over background noises.

Do not park here. Your vehicle will not be safe. This last weekend a ton of cars had their tires slashed. This is not the first incident like this and will not be the last. This place is a dump and can’t trusted to keep your vehicle safe.

It was easy to park here next to the federal building at first I couldn't see the entrance but found it on the side of the pist office federal building. It was clean and had an elevator. Parking spots were big enough not to worry about scratches on my car and 8 $ wasn't bad to get my car parked for the day.
