Roberts Discount Fuel

I have ordered oil twice from Roberts and I have been extremely happy with how easy it is and how competitive their prices are. I really like that I can see my order history online. Both times they came out the next business day to deliver the fuel. I have recommend them to others.

For past 4 years of homeownership I have used Roberts fuel. The prices are good and service is good also. The downside as with everything is you can place a order credit debit card day before close and not get it for per website 1-3 days! I and my wife don't make a lot and tend to refill at about 1/4 tank and as new home owners find it uneasy! The oil we pay for is always delivered just never whether online, cash up front, or calling in is never a concrete answer. Good company and good prices overall. I'm in Fire EMS and maybe my values of quickly putting out fires, rescue trapped people, cardiac arrests, car accidents with trapped people have my mentality different than slow retail, even ordering night before. Roberts discount fuel had the best consistent prices in the area and often have $.05 off deals through emails. I have also been impressed with how efficient they are; I normally submit the order online after work when our tank is getting below 1/4 and they always show up the next morning to deliver the fuel. I also like that while I am working at home they just start filling the tank and then deliver the receipt when they are done so there is minimal disruption to my schedule. The few times I had a brief conversation with the employees they were friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend giving them a try

I don’t buy oil often, mostly because I hate comparing companies and prices. On a whim I googled oil prices in my area. If you’ve ever done that you know it’s not an easy task as typically nothing comes up on line. 99% of oil companies make you call for the current price. Roberts was the only company that appeared in my search. Their website was absolutely amazing, super simple, and I was able to register and pay on line with a few clicks. I ordered it last night and even as a first time customer I received my delivery today. Hands down best oil buying experience EVER. I will no longer use anyone else. Nice job guys.

Roberts Discount Fuel and it's sister company Miller oil are awesome to work with. John is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, He got an oil delivery out to me the next day and when the furnace was not working he sent someone out from Miller oil immediately at a time that was convenient for me! I will definitely be calling them for all my heating needs!
