Rick is great! Our shower waterproofing failed 3 weeks before our baby's due date - Rick and his team got to work quickly and did an incredible job including the demolition, retiling, and glass work to rebuild our shower. Rick coordinated everything and made everything so easy and seamless for us. He spent time answering all our questions and was clear and realistic with pricing and timing. Highly recommend!

I am impressed by the expertise of Rick, who helped us determine which type of flooring would be best for each room. Once we decided on the flooring, he also explained all the details and nuances of carpet. I highly recommend using this company’s services, as they are true professionals and place a strong emphasis on quality.

We had a laminate floor installed by Roberts Flooring. Within 6 months the planks began separating. This was repaired. However, in another 3 months the same issue happened again. This is clearly an inferior product which the owner of the flooring will not admit to. We need a new floor with installation at their cost.. It has been less than a year with the same problem. We followed the instructions at the beginning of this work explicitly. Roberts Flooring is not honoring the guarantee. Additionally they gave our telephone number to an outside vendor without our permission.
