Called this company pertaining to my heat not working. Upon arrival the older gentleman was in the truck. Unbeknownst to me someone was already in the crawlspace. I understand he was on the phone but a potential customer should not have to almost walk to the service provider vehicle to get information. Secondly, when I called for them to come out no one INFORMED me that it was going to be an inspection fee. The older guy told me after the young man took pictures that it was going to be $149. I thought it was suspicious that he was taking awhile to tell me the price and kinda stumbling over his words. The price should have been a no brainer. I received a n email for a bill of $172. We were given an excellent price to replace our air conditioner, it was installed the very next day earlier than planned and most of all, like other companies they did not charge either to estimate the problem involved. We had paid another company $79! The company that charged us also disconnected wires both inside and on the outside unit, not realizing my husband had photos of our unit prior to their visit.

My family has been using Mr. Willie for all of our heating and air needs for a very long time! We called him this morning to see if he could go by our grandmothers house before the cold got here. His team immediately responded and was at her house by 10am . We greatly appreciate you and your staff and we will continue to use your company for years to come!

Mr Willie Roberts and his crew did my new house installation for me. I was building an assory dwelling unit house. They pulled permits and rewire my new house and upgraded me to 200 amps on both houses. They did and amazing job he

First off I believe in giving credit to those who do a good job! Let me take this opportunity to speak on a kind, professional HVAC and electri al service technician Mr. Roberts. He worked be into his schedule that day and came out and assessed my service needs in 30 mins or less. He did so while being professional, friendly and trustworthy. He also educated about my HVAC service that was performed. My apologies it has taken so long to do this review. Mr Roberts service my HVAC unit last March. I had my system upgraded about 4 years ago.
