Had a GREAT experience with Adam and his assistant. It was a major, all day job. Water lines, gas line, dryer exhaust and new drain hook ups. They went BEYOND expectations. They were clean and neat with all their work, and completed the job without issue - even stayed late to finish! Arrived on time and communicated clearly all along the process. Would highly recommend this company. Adam is a rare gem in the service industry . 👍👍👍

I’m a long-time customer of Roberts Service Company. Recently the compressor in my heat pump failed 17 months after installation. Chuck and Rylan quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I expected an expensive bill, but owner Scott Roberts made the repair a no-charge when he could have reasonably argued that the compressor malfunction was not his company‘s fault. I’m impressed with the competence and integrity of Chuck and Rylan, who did the repairs, and of owner Scott Roberts. They have treated me well with excellent customer service.

Adam and Thomas were great. They called ahead, arrived on time, and finished their work in time for me to make an evening appointment. I found them courteous and respectful, very willing and able to explain what they were doing, and happy to answer my questions. The cost of the job was lower than the competitor that I had worked with in the past, and they offered to follow up with me on another job I have on tap. They wore boot covers inside my house, and made sure they cleaned up after they were through. I couldn't be more pleased, and I highly recommend Roberts if you have any service issues that they specialize in. Side note: their HVAC guys once helped me fix a problem I had with my furnace without ever setting foot in my house.

Another great experience with Roberts. My serviceman, Chuck, is super nice and super good. The receptionist, Reagan, is friendly, helpful and expedited my need, getting a serviceman to my house within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent recent experience with Chuck and Roberts Service Company. i made a mistake and called All pro to fix my hot water heater which needed a new ignition assembly. All pro right away tried selling me a new water heater. I paid them their $190 service fee and asked them to leave. Called Roberts and they came out the same day and within three days because of the weekend they replaced the ignition assembly. They are a very honest and respectable company. I will never use anyone else.
