Roberto and his crew were professional, considerate of requests that arise as the project was underway and utilized initiative to make things work. I had 15 trees cut down (supposed to be 16) from very large and tall Poplars to dead Maples. Roberto and his men impressed me with their teamwork. Then, in all the work loading my trailer to carry the brush to our dump I missed that he didn't cut down one smaller tree he had contracted for. Additionally (before they left) as I was cleaning up I found they had dropped a large limb onto my 16' garage doors stored nearby which structurally damaged them all. I was very disappointed they didn't tell me about this on their own as they had to remove the limb from the panels and the damage was very obvious. So even as Roberto promised to address
