i’m surprised this company is even in business. They dump trucks that carry gravel for their mixing plant around Southern California are dropping pebble rocks onto our vehicles, chipping it and then when you do the claim with them, they are doing a full denial even if you have For witnesses in the car that seen the damage from the rock from the Robertson truck, Readymix

Very upset with this company. They were contracted out from my pool company to do the cement. They completely trashed my community. Concrete spilled on my front yard tree. Tree will probably die. They haven’t fixed or replaced my tree. Photo below. Plus a big cement spill - cement spilled out the back of their truck as they drove away from the house and all through my neighborhood - concrete all over the street. My HOA & my neighbors were furious. Very uncomfortable for us. Took them a long time to clean it up. I’m still waiting on the solution for my tree!

Charged my card. Waited 6 hours never showed up. Put me on hold for hours. Changed my delivery 3 times. Meanwhile i had 5 guys on site waiting. I called to cancel, she said ok, they didn't have a truck at the yard. Then called me back 1 min later and said that they were on the way and I would not get a refund. Scam artists.

Abuse of lien law — harassed on a weekend over a bill that’s not mine I received a certified letter on my day off, trying to rest over the weekend, from Robertson’s threatening a lien on my home for concrete I never personally ordered. My general contractor confirmed he paid them, and they never even contacted him before mailing this threatening notice to me directly. This is a clear abuse of California’s lien law, and frankly, an intimidation tactic. It’s disgusting to think a company can just look up your address online, send you threatening legal mail without due diligence, and expect you to panic and pay. Needed something for a concrete pour job, called a hour and half before closing and then on hold for entire time with 0 callers ahead of me. The system tells you how many calls ahead of you there are. There was no one. So ya’ll literally left a hour and a half before closing???
