Robertson Ready Mix is a solid and reliable company overall. Their concrete quality is excellent — consistent, durable, and always meets the standards we need for our projects. The drivers are professional, on time, and know exactly how to handle pours efficiently, even on tight job sites. Their dispatch team is also easy to work with and helpful when it comes to scheduling or last-minute changes. You can tell this company takes pride in what they do and cares about keeping customers satisfied. The only thing I’ve noticed that could use improvement is their posted business hours online. The hours listed on Google don’t seem completely accurate — it shows they’re closed on Saturdays, but I’ve seen them active and running deliveries on Saturday mornings before. DO NOT BOTHER TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I TRIED CALLING FOR A QUOTE. I WAS BEING TOSSED AROUND FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT. I JUST WANTED TO GET A QUOTE. THEY KEPT SAYING "HOLD PLEASE".SO UNPROFESSIONAL. BEING ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES. NEED TO HIRE PROFESSIONALS AND MORE PEOPLE IF WAITING FOR A LONG TIME FOR A PERSON TO HELP OUT.

Worst company. Stay away. Rude and with bad faith. Hidden fees without upfront explanation. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This is the most expensive concrete. They will charge a fee for every little thing. Be carefull with this company.
