Robies Heating & Cooling

Everyone from Robies who came to my house was very courteous and knowledgeable. Making the HVAC system as invisible as possible was important to me and I think they did a great job with that. They consulted with me throughout the process to make sure they were doing what I wanted. My neighbor had used Robies and recommended them. I am glad I used them as well.

We had not had our boiler, air handlers, HVAC split serviced in a very long time. Our filters were well beyond the time they should have been replaced and actually needed upgrading. We established a service contract with Robies. This week our entire heating and cooling system was cleaned, upgraded filters installed, boiler cleaned and checked for efficiency and emissions, minisplit cleaned and checked. Our service man was on time, worked steadily for 4 hours. He asked if he could use a bathroom sink to dispose of dirty water, then left it the way he found it. He asked if he could use a hose to wash the cover of the minisplit. He explained what he had done and taught me how to install new filters as needed. Robies recently installed a Carrier replacement AC/Heat pump system in our home and a Mitsubishi split AC/Heat pump system in the room over our garage. From the complete proposal, which detailed all aspects of the transaction including available rebates and Federal Tax Credit, to the flawless installation, Robies’ expertise was on full display. We could not be more pleased that we chose Robies for this very important upgrade to our home!

I just had a new high efficiency gas boiler installed by Robies and that included the re-engineering of the old radiator piping on the first floor- a complex task due to the inability to pipe under the first floor. I chose Robies because the marketing man- Dana Bergstrom gave me the clear impression that he really cared and was most attentive and responsive. Then the complex installation and the removal of the old oil furnace was executed by Walley Silvia and his crew including some very good electricians (the crew included Shawn, Moe, Matt, Adam and others). Walley was like an artist - a real pro who very much cared for what he was doing. I can not say too much about how professional and knowledgeable the team was. I highly recommend Robies based on the complexity of what was required

This was a complete replacement of my heating system/water heater plus adding a ductless AC. I can't praise the installers enough. Every single person was professional, skilled and experienced. They were very friendly and always took the time to help me understand each step of the installation. Their craftsmanship was a work of art. I am very pleased with every aspect of this project from start to finish.
