Robotin Electric

We put on an addition and our contractor introduced us to Rich. We met Rich and Kevin 6 months ago when we started our addition. Rich walked us through the entire electrical process. He was thorough and always patient with our many questions. He was so great we asked him to rewire all our existing house and add new lights and outlets. He also did our outside lights and outlets. They also set up a manual generator switch which we are so excited to have. We could not be happier with their work. The whole process with Robotin Electric was exceptional and they were great with our 5 children in and out of the house. We will 100% be using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone asking for an electrician.

Rich and team did an incredible job back in Aug and I'm writing a review now because I was just reminded of how incredible they were. We had them put in 8 ceiling lights, 2 indoor ceiling fans, 2 outdoor ceiling fans, an outlet put into tile in a bathroom, an outlet behind a TV, and some double tapped breakers fixed to code. This took about a day and a half for a team of two. They were professional and kind, answered any questions as they arose with pleasure, and went above and beyond to change out the switch plates so that they matched our aesthetic better. Today I realized they took one of our dead switches and made it functional. We don't use that switch much (obviously lol), but it just reminded me of how incredible this company is. Responsive, efficient, courteous, fair pricing. Rich and team did a great job on work in our basement and bedroom. Great service. Also, as a testament to Rich, he actually stopped me at the store to say hello shortly after we first met, and he remembered my first name and took the time to come over and say hi. Highly recommend!!

The work that was completed was great. However there was more to be done and I have reached out multiple times with no call/text/email back.

Rich and his team are great! He did a great job with installing things for me, was quick, clean and was overly kind and courteous. He is honest and a great businessman! My family and I will continue to use him without hesitation!
